Gavin is the Group Growth Director at DEA, where he drives the company-wide business development strategy focused on market expansion, commercial growth, and shaping DEA’s long-term positioning and revenue performance. He brings over 16 years of corporate Aerospace & Defence experience to the role, having held senior positions spanning strategy, business development, and complex programme management. Prior to his civilian career, Gavin served in the Royal Marines for 22 years and was awarded an MBE for his leadership in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. This combination of frontline operational experience and corporate acumen enables him to align complex military requirements with commercial growth strategies.
