Jonathan is the Head of People at DEA, leading the company’s people strategy and driving initiatives that support organisational growth, capability development, and a high-performing culture across the business. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, he brings over 13 years of senior HR leadership experience across multiple sectors, including professional services, construction, and higher education. As a commercially focused people leader, Jonathan is recognised for aligning workforce strategy with overarching business objectives and delivering effective, tailored human resources solutions across diverse and complex organisations.
