Lee Maden
Lee is the Group Delivery Director at DEA, where he is accountable for all elements of the enterprise’s delivery operations across all global locations. A former military aircrew Senior Officer who commanded multiple airborne ISR platforms, he is also a former Director of a defence ISR Warfare School, a Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI ISR), and an aerospace engineering graduate specialising in radar and SIGINT sensors. Backed by an MBA and extensive director-level prime industry experience, Lee has directly managed major elements of premier international defence programmes valued at circa £40 billion GBP, successfully overseeing complex commercial business lines spanning ten distinct international units. Outside of his professional career, he is a lifelong football fan, a former qualified mountaineer, and an elite marathon runner who now spends his spare time playing golf.
